Getting to know your deck
How the reading works
All 54 cards are shuffled digitally and drawn without replacement. Each card has a 25% chance of shadow orientation, shown by rotating the artwork 180°. The same saved seed and format recreate the same draw.
Daily uses Present Energy, Challenge, and Guidance. Weekly provides Monday–Sunday check-ins. Monthly explores nine life themes. Yearly begins with a Year Theme followed by January–December. Calendar positions are reflection prompts, not dated forecasts.
Repeated suits reveal emphasis, including ties. Rank sequences mean three or more consecutive unique ranks anywhere in the spread, regardless of suit: Ace = 1 through King = 13, with no wraparound and no Jokers.
This is the original Our Sacred Roots house system, not a reconstruction of a single historical lineage. Readings do not establish curses, diagnose conditions, or predict death, pregnancy, legal results, or financial outcomes.
